So Vitter attacked the media for invading his private life |
|
Maybe he'll stop attempting to invade ther people's privacy. Oh the poor victim - did I say Fuck Vitter. I hope those diapers follow you back to DC.
Not even a fugging apology. The arrogance of these Rethugs is mind-blowing.

5. But Vitter had no trouble using the media to demand Clinton resign |
|
and not for the "perjury" charges either - but for the "morality" of his indiscretion. He also pointed out that former Louisiana Congressman Livingston had done the right thing by resigning after having his own extramarital affairs reported to the public.
Apparently Vitter doesn't believe his affiliation with prostitutes merits any explanation - and that those who suggest his own moral character is lacking are merely "harassing" him, because con-artist con-servatives are the only ones allowed the right to privacy.
Well, if the media is so awful, where are the gay couples Vitter made fun of and attacked as he co-authored the Federal Marriage Amendment, pledging to "protect" the "traditional" institution? It seems to me that the media should be interviewing these couples now about the Vitter marriage. After all, Republicans have no problem demanding that "all the people" vote on the right of gays to marry - it should only follow that Vitter encourage public comment on his OWN.

8. Quite alright for Republicans to use warrantless wiretaps (invade people's privacy) but |
|
but for someone to release their own private phone records is an invasion of privacy? No one tapped his phone, his privacy was not invaded. He just got outed..kinda sucks if you run on a moralistic platform...

the Fundies & his own constituency too. Shoulda done the Swaggart-style crocodile tears apology for them...
Well this is what the arrogant exploiters always do..."we're being persecuted...everybody is being SO mean..."
And they REALLY do believe it. That's why they can do the act without faltering.
