They are handling morning busn. for one hour (started around 10).. and thats all I caught them saying, so far. Sorry can't help more.

3. The Senate will convene at 10 AM, first order of business

(in fact, the only thing on the agenda) is SB 1585. The filibuster-buster is on the Reed/Levin amendment so it may be quite a while before they get to it.
