Will Cheney Pardon Scooter?

Don't get me wrong, I would want Scooter in jail if that were still possible.

But that said... Has it occurred to anyone else that if Cheney does not use his temporary "presidential powers" to pardon Scooter Libby tomorrow, then Cheney will be proved to a big, fat pussy with no courage of his convictions? I mean, hey, the dude was his chief of staff. Will Cheney prove his loyalty or will he wimp out? I am betting that Deadeye Dick won't have the guts.

5. Is Dick Cheney not the acting president right now? Shrub* boy has

...already taken his mint flavored mineral oil laxatives and medications so he'll be blowing the bed pan apart most of the night. Once Shrub* is put under tomorrow morning it will take him the better part of five to six hours to fully regain consciousness. So Dick Cheney is already acting as president and will have the power well into the middle of tomorrow.

Yes, I'm betting Cheney will exercise full presidential pardon powers for not only Scooter Libby but for Gonzales, Rove, Condi, Meirs, Rumsfeld and Bush Jr. Then when Bush returnees to being the decider, he will pardon Cheney.

the door to Libby being brought before the congress and he would run the risk of getting caught in lies again. Can't do it while he is under appeal.
