4. This was excellent -- thanks for sharing! I have struggled in the past

to explain Fist currency -- mostly to older members of my family. They remember Nixon pulling us off the gold standard, but they don't quite grasp the implications of that. I tried to show where the OPEC deal changed our currency backing from gold to oil (all oil is traded in US$ effective with that agreement), but meet blank looks.

I liked the musical chairs analogy.
