Work-related question: is there still a way to get from Minneapolis to St. Paul?
or was that the only road? Probably a stupid question, and but a small concern considering what's going on, but I thought I'd put it to y'all anyway, since there's probably Minnesota folks here. We ship stuff up to Minnesota from Wisconsin, and we're a little worried that the boxes won't get through.

1. Plenty.
Knowing off-road passages helps circumvent the relative burden of "rush hour" traffic.

But that won't help too much now that a main road has crumbled.

3. 94 south of the bridge should be in tact but traffic levels....
...will be astounding.
i live on the st. paul side and take 35E to 494, then head west.
or you could take 694 west and then south on 100, 169 or 494

it's going to be a nightmare, believe me...

6. Since 35W is basically a north-south route, it shouldn't impact east-west traffic all that much.
Except for the detours that this collapse will necessitate. 280 will probably get much more crowded.

8. You can drive around the WI way.
We came that way when we came to MN and didn't cross this bridge at all.

9. That wasn't even the main route between them.
I-94 is. 35-E which runs through St. Paul is still up too so the north-south traffic is still possible, although it's going to be CLOGGED from now on.
