25. The only reason I know that is because a C-SPAN guy explained what they were doing yesterday with
the "Motion to Adjourn." Heather Wilson was pissed off yesterday because the Dems wouldn't let her add her idiotic amendment to their FISA bill, so she made a motion to adjourn, a REAL ONE, but it failed because the Dems have a Majority....ha ha...:)

Then, if they're getting close to a vote, they'll use the motion to give the members a heads up to get to the floor for the vote. Those fail to pass.

At the end of the day they also make a motion to adjourn, pass it and leave for the day.:)

Probably more than you ever wanted to know about "motion to Adjourn." LOL!

26. I can't do it. I'm sorry. I watched for 6 hours yesterday.
When they pulled that bullshit with Bohener screaming about Murtha, my head almost exploded and I damn near had a heart attack.
This morning, I was listening to Washington Journal and these STUPID FUCKING REPUKES were calling into with their "Democrats this and Democrats that" bullshit.
I'm sorry, my anger has reached the point where I think it will impact my sanity if I watch any more of this shit.

It almost seems like America just CAN'T WAIT to turn this country into a fascist police state and do away with our Constitution.

I hate these weak, traitorous, sheep.

They are killing our Democracy, and they want to do so without interference.

Fuck 'em -

They want this piece of shit country - they can have it.
The one I remember is DEAD.

I'm sorry.
I'm heartbroken.
I'm unreasonable.
I'm watching my country die and I know it ain't coming back.

My screen name is "givemebackmycountry"
This morning I think I realized that ain't NEVER going to happen.

39.  The Senate Bill goes to the House, IF passed, it goes back to the Senate, signed and sent to the
the psycho. IF the House AMENDS the Senate Bill, it goes back to the Senate and IF the Senate AGREES with the amended bill, the Senate Pro Tempore and Speaker of the House sign it and it goes to the psycho to sign or veto. IF they DO NOT AGREE with the amended bill, it goes to a joint conference where they work out the details, Senate Tempore and House Speaker signs it and it THEN goes to the psycho for signing or a veto.

My question is: IF the House passes the Senate bill unamended, will Byrd and Pelosi just sign it? Or does the Senate have to be back in session to do that?

IF the bill IS amended, will the Senate reconvene to approve or disapprove?

Here's where it's all explained:

http://www.senate.gov/reference/resources/pdf/legprocessflowchart.pdf

This didn't copy/paste very well, but you can get the drift by the emphasis I added:

The "majority" party in Congress (some call them the Democrats) are just going to roll over and ask to have their tummies rubbed by Commander Assclown and his politically unassailable 26% approval rating.

And then, they'll get that "shocked and surprised" look on their face when the lighter fluid spraying their furry wriggling Bush-approval-seeking bodies is quickly followed by the burning kitchen match.
