Poll question: Can 2009 come fast enough?
IOW, let's start moving forward soon. There really needs to be a cohesive effort to countermand the destruction of the past 7 years.

Will we mend this country by 2012 with the reserves of passion and veracity that lay in wait for a window of opportunity?

1. It depends who wins in '08--if it's another stolen election
then it will be more of the same. But lets hope for the best. Whoever that is?

4. The BS of the last 7 years culminating in the financial disaster of the last two weeks.......
Edited on Fri Aug-17-07 03:42 AM by Double T
is a wake up call for ALL Americans. Our country has been hijacked, our economy destroyed and our jobs sent packing to cheap labor foreign nations with little or no environmental controls. This country and the world has reached a crossroads and if we don't start to immediately make the correct decisions regarding our leadership, our futures will ALL be very bleak and horrible. Dennis Kucinich is the ONLY candidate with the ideas and vision to move our nation in a positive constructive direction. There are NO MORE second chances, specially in our current state of ruin.

6. My Mom always told me not to wish away my time.....
but this this case I imagine she'll make an exception to the rule. So, NO, 2009 can't come fast enough for me. :)

8. But haven't the last 6-1/2 years seemed like an eternity??
I'm so tired of feeling ill at ease and angry at my country. Just when I finally -- FINALLY -- get my personal life in order (and I'm 60 years old, fer Christ's sake), the country's got to go to hell in a handbasket. It's just not fair. I want this administration and everyone who thinks like them GONE FOREVER.
