Things to do at DNC?
So I'm thinking of going to Denver. But will only get in the actual convention site by some miracle. So, i'm wondering... are there other DNC events in the city that aren't in the actual stadium and stuff?

Things around town? Basically, i'm wondering whether or not it would be worth it to go anyway.

1. Don't be afraid to go. I was an idiot and didn't want to go as I wasn't a delgate and thought I
couldn't "do" anything. I was sooo wrong! And am I ever sorry! If you have a friend or two in your delegation, you CAN get on the floor and there are many events that are "open' including parties.Go and have a wonderful time ! I am going, hopefully as a delagate, but if not, I am going antway! See Ya there!

3. You could go just for the experience and the fun.

If there's one thing we Democrats know how to do, it's party. Have fun.

Btw, welcome to DU. :hi:
