Regarding the Libby trial...I am confused. |
|
The prosecutor has rested his case which means he isn't going to call Cheney or Rove.
This means that Cheney and Rove get off scott free, doesn't it?
They will get away with committing treason by outing a CIA officer.
Figures...

1. It is the Libby trial. |
|
It would be impossible, by definition, for Mr. Fitzgerald to prosecute anyone but Scooter in the Libby trial.

2. Oh, I know...I was just hoping that Cheney and/or KKKarl would get up |
|
on the witness stand and perjure themselves.
That's not hoping for too much, is it??

3. I thought Cheney and Rove were to be the defense witnesses. |
|
I thought Libby's lawyers were going to bring them in to show how "they" all knew about Plame. You know spreading the blame of the outing so Libby doesn't look so bad. Of course it wont help the lying charge.
