Maybe Romney should watch "Sicko"
Republican presidential hopeful Mitt Romney on Friday unveiled his plan for overhauling the U.S. health care system with tax breaks and other incentives aimed at helping the 45 million Americans without health insurance. The former Massachusetts governor proposed allowing individuals who buy their own health insurance and have a high deductible to get tax breaks for premiums they pay. It would also allow deductions for out-of-pocket medical expenses and for co-payments for services.

As Moore points out in the movie, sure the people that can't even buy into the American health care system are a problem, but it's those that can buy into the system (which is the major focus of the movie) that aren't doing very well. Health insurance isn't good when the companies can cut and run when you start getting sick.

1. Uh huh, and these companies will actually cover you if you get sick, right?
That is, if they will even sell you insurance if you've ever had so much as heartburn in your past.

2. Tax breaks, deductions? Sounds like a government program to me.
The Boston Globe has been running a series of how Mitt gets away with calling the Massachusetts Health Plan (mandatory coverage for all) is not the private program Mitt likes to lie it is, but is heavily funded by federal and state dollars. And why should the uninsured who would get coverage get tax breaks? It should be a universal health system. I have fiends who have no kids and they like to ask why we get a tax break because we choose to have kids and they don't because they choose not to have kids. I have no answer. The same with Mitt's pie-in-the-sky plan. No partial tax breaks. Fairness for all.

3. Jesus- could he be any more clueless about insurance companies practices?
What a joke. I can't believe anyone would support this idiot.

5. I believe he has really nice hair
I believe that's enough for some voters. Which is going to hurt Fred Thompson.

4. After he finishes watching Sicko
I'm sure he will enjoy watching September Dawn and answering questions. (sarcasm)
