So, union members might find it hard to believe that Dems living in the border regions supported NAFTA.

Don't get me wrong, even though all my Aunts, Uncles, Cousins (about half the cousins), and my Grandparents were Republicans, and we were the only Democrats, we all loved each other very much and couldn't wait for family reunions. Heh... lots of great table-talk.

But they were Republicans, Nelson Rockefeller type Republicans, but Republicans nonetheless.
