Out of curiosity is there anyone who believes Howard K Stern is ANS Baby's father?

I just don't see how anyone could believe that he is.There would be NO reason not to have taken the DNA test months ago if he was.Anyone?

8. ANS mother is not nice! Saw her

interviewed on Nancy Grace right after Young Danny died. She was nasty and even hinted that it was ANS's fault that Danny died. She was implying that ANS gave him drugs. Beware of her.

As for HKS I don't put much faith in his skanky ass either.

ANS and her kids sure lived a troubled life and its them that I feel for. RIP/ANS

4. Not Biologicaly

During the legeal battle with G. Ben Thompson over that house in the Bahamas, she claimed he GAVE her the house and that he was the father of her baby. (not born yet.) I'm guess she was using the claim at that momment as the reason why the court should believe her on the 'why' he would give her the house.

Birkhead filed for paternity (a month after the baby was born), a week later Smith files the Birth Certificate listing Stern as the father.

Smith and Stern have tried to block the paternity lawsuite. The judge has issued an order for testing, but Smiths lawyers haven't complied. Stating that the tester doesn't have the right to do so in the Bahamas. Again, stalling.

So, I don't think Stern is the biological father. However, that doesn't mean that he wasn't or wasn't planning on being THE father of the Baby. As we know, not all 'bioloticals' do the actual raising. If NO biological comes forth and forces their 'rights' as parent, then biological really sin't an issue. At least when she signed the BC, Anna was saying that Stren was to be a father of some sorts to that child. And was granting him such legeal rights. Signing it, he accepted those legeal rights.

Courts grant those same type of rights when they allow a child to be adopited. Either a parent and step parent adoption, or new parents adoptions. Birth certificates are made out showing the 'legeal' parents. So the birth certificate isn't always 'proof' of blood/biological parenting.

In that case, then YES Stern was the father. Because he and Anna said so. And he had clear rights, so long as no biolotical father makes a claim. If it's proven that some other guy is the biological father of the Baby, then the courts can demand the BC to be changed to refect that information. Or If it's decided that Stren gets to raise the child, the information could be allowed to 'stand as is.'

5. I can say this: I have never seen Howard say an unkind word about Anna.

I also never heard Anna say anything bad about Howard.

Howard has shown Anna her dignity by staying off TV and not making any media appearances since Anna died. Howard also spoke for Anna on LKL when Danny died.

I hope he is the father so the baby will be kept away from her mother, her sister, the photographer and Count Dracula.

maybe the other guy Barry? is lying about what she said or did not say to him about being the father? I'm just throwing that out there and honestly i have no earthly idea who the dad is but i hope this baby is being well cared for.
