He said so on Thom Hartmann. It will forgive college loans if the kid works in public service ten years. It will lower the interest rate (phased-in program) down to about 3%. It make it much easier to get Pell Grants, and they raised the maximum loan amount.

you have to believe he needed to vote and couldn't make it. I liked Ralph Nader's sort of interview. It is a shame that he did not stick to the consumer advocacy instead of running for president. I loved it when he said if bush believed in this war so much why did Jenna and Barbara join and fight in Iraq.
