I was surprised - saw him in the MoveOn green questions and didn't think he really had a good answer.

3. I was 89.6% with Kucinich..BUT..
I matched closer to Brownback than I did to Edwards. I cannot imagine that that could be accurate...

28. Kucinich with 89.16%

Ohio Representative Dennis Kucinich (D)
89.16% match

Former Alaska Senator Mike Gravel (D) - 74.70%
New York Senator Hillary Clinton (D) - 65.06%
New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson (D) - 65.06%

REALLY doesn't surprise me much. Wish Gore was on the list somewhere, but I guess it only measures on declared candidates.

14. LOL I'm 92.73% Kucinich. That's Just Too Weird To Me.
Edited on Tue Sep-11-07 08:45 PM by OPERATIONMINDCRIME
Based on your responses, this is your top candidate for 2008.
Ohio Representative Dennis Kucinich (D)
Ohio Representative Dennis Kucinich (D)
92.73% match

The disconnect I have is that he just seems so wacky to me and not totally grounded, as well as totally not capable of leading our country and handling the role of president. Yet my results in things like this always tend to put me closest to him. I guess the only real explanation is that it isn't necessarily his policies that I disagree with, but more his ability to be a leader and speak his policies rationally. I guess these poll type things are more black and white based when in real life the candidates are far more nuanced.

On edit:

Just realized there was more. My other top matches are:
Delaware Senator Joseph Biden (D) - 83.64%
Former North Carolina Senator John Edwards (D) - 80.00%
Illinois Senator Barack Obama (D) - 78.18%

I'm pleased with Biden. He's really begun to impress me through this.

Middle of the pack:
New York Senator Hillary Clinton (D) - 76.36%
Connecticut Senator Christopher Dodd (D) - 76.36%
Former Alaska Senator Mike Gravel (D) - 74.55%
New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson (D) - 72.73%
Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani (R) - 40.00%
Texas Representative Ron Paul (R) - 34.55%
Businessman John Cox (R) - 30.91%
Former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee (R) - 29.09%
Wisconsin Governor Tommy Thompson (R) - 25.45%
Arizona Senator John McCain (R) - 21.82%

Bottom of the barrel:
Colorado Representative Tom Tancredo (R) - 15.45%
Kansas Senator Sam Brownback (R) - 9.09%
California Representative Duncan Hunter (R) - 3.64%
Former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney (R) - 3.64%

20. Yeah, I found that real interesting also
I remember that there was another blind issues test awhile back(perhaps the DailyKos) where people were turning up Kucinich and Gravel while Hillary was in the dumpster with the 'Pugs. Just goes to show:shrug:

We marvel at how 'Pugs and conservatives can vote against their own interests, but it seems as though we've got some of that going on on our side also.

Oh, and I hit Kucinich with a 93.1% match. That doesn't suprise me, since I choose my candidate on the issues and not on the hype and BS.

26. Between Rudi and Hillary, I should be 100% happy.
I score 70% on Hillary and 30% on Rudi. What am I even worried about? I should be one happy camper post 2008.

I know I'm missing a few point on Kucinich because his support of NCLB (although not as-is), I do like Gravel (It's Bouquet, not Bucket) in interviews but haven't looked too closely at his program. I'm fine with Obama simply because it's about time and he's not too bad.

I am SHOCKED to see Hillary beat Edwards.

It's good to see confirmed that no Republican beats a Democrat in my list. Maybe I should lighten up a little about my ABH stance.

Ohio Representative Dennis Kucinich (D)
