Someone please debunk this (Re. Sep 14) |
|
I am reading all kinds of unsettling things, and may have missed a thread or 2, but now came across a mention of there being no El Al flight from Tel Aviv into NYC on September 14. What gives?

Ps: Never came across ojaipost web-site before.

I had not heard of that Holiday before. Never too old to learn, huh? ;-)
Thanks, rug!

Rosh Hashanah is Sept 13 and 14. Shabbos is on the 15th. They don't fly on Shabbos.
Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur is considered one of the holiest days of the Jewish year.
