I know EXACTLY what to do to shut-up the chickenhawks
Pass a law that says that any American who wishes to can sign-up to join the Iraqi army.

That way, if and when we pull-out our troops, any American who REALLY feels we shouldn't leave until "the job is done" can still feel free to either stay in Iraq, or go to Iraq.

Americans have fought with other nations' armed forces before.

Edit: But heck, that won't work. Chickenhawks don't serve anyway. Neither do their children.

4. I don't think that's exactly the same as being in the Iraq army.
For one thing the pay is quite a bit different.

But I get your point.

I got lucky after they drafted me in '69. Got sent to Seoul to rot for 13 months.
