Heard this morning on Glenn Beck...(Re: Bush)
Edited on Tue Jan-23-07 08:12 PM by YellowRubberDuckie
So, I was listening to Glenn Beck this morning. I know, I know, but the best way to know your enemy is to listen to their pundits. Anyway, he hit a few points of what he has heard that Bush is planning. It's surprising because Beck is usually kissing Bush's ass.
1. Bush wants to raise the taxes of the small business to 61%.
2. Bush wants to tax those who get above average health coverage at work as income. He wants to tax it to provide insurance for those who can't afford it.
3. Bush wants to enact the largest tax increase in the history of the United States, and probably not for the rich.

Is it just me, or is he gearing up to completely get rid of the middle class?
I'm interested to hear your take. Thanks.
Duckie

1. Destroying the middle class is an integral part of the fascist way.
They've been dismantling every great thing FDR did from the second he died.

3. I'd like to think the Democratic congress wouldn't go for it.
But we'll have to see how it plays out. The corporatists aren't just in the Republican party.

4. Yeah, it'll go through just like his "We're going to send a man to Mars" did.
All sound and fury, m'dear, and all signifying nothing.
