Pretty issue charged episode tonight. Racism, A hint of big pharm maybe? Couple pokes at the war on terror. Good stuff as always.

If I weren't married to a beautiful human woman of course. Kind of partial to Sharon/Boomer. Xena was looking nice until they mothballed her line. Playboy would do well to do a spread on the entire cast actually. Never did interstellar war look so....fit. I know sci fi geek stuff goes in the lounge but its actually a very topical show.

10 years ago I'd have risked it. She'd kill me now.

it looks like I am dealing with a true fan. I thought that the human looking Cylons were refered to as skinjobs. Some hot looking toasters none the less.:yourock:

20. I found it interesting - the female cylons are attractive, the males are not |
|
that the female cylons are all hot - Sharon/Boomer, #6 and Lucy Lawless.
The male cylons - Dean Stockwell, Leobahn, etc. - are all rather unattractive.
Almost like they made a conscious effort to make it that way.

Mostly guys watch the show.
There was racism and genocide, but that seemed about it to me. They have had more charged shows.

On the "human" side, you do have good looking men like Apollo.
And, sci-fi channel movies have their share of attractive leading men - Dean Cain, Richard Grieco, the blonde guy from Baywatch...
So, it's something with the cylons.

I thought he was a bit geeky-looking. But, I rarely have any clue about what women see in a guy, anyhow.

4. sci fi channel. Just moved to sundays at 10pm EST |
|
probably not too many shows to go in the new season but its worth watching Start with the DVDs of Season I if you haven't already or you'll be lost. Hard to jump in on although they do a little "previously on...." every show.

26. I agree - real stories, just enough soap opera |
|
and the pseudo-science isn't the central point of the show (it's there, but used judiciously).

One of the best uses of the FTL drive was the atmospheric jump in the fourth episode of this season. Jump into the atmosphere of New Caprica, plummet like a burning meteorite while providing cover for the escape, and then jump out before hitting the surface.
