Another sign Ernie Fletcher (R-KY) is a bad judge of Character.

Last year he appointed Christopher Lilly as head of Kentucky's Alcohol Beverage Control Board. You guessed it, Lilly was caught driving drunk.

Ernie is running for reelection, but thankfully he is 20 points down to the Democratic candidate, Steve Beshear. Such incidents as the Lilly arrest is typical of Ernie Fletchers term as governor. He's even too corrupt and inept for Kentucky voters.

unless somebody comes up with a photo of him being consensually intimate with a mule, he will be re-elected. His pro-Iraq stand seems to have NO impact based on his recent 52% approval rating and relatively low disapproval rating. Though one hears that he is on a certain "list".
