Saudis supplying weapons to Iraq Sunnis
The fact that the House of Saud owns a good chunk of Time Warner Communications and are business partners, going way back with the Bushies, is probably why you aren't going to hear any unnamed or unverifiable source to report on this, like they are now regarding Iran and the Shiites.

just sayin'

Updated: 5:25 a.m. ET Dec 8, 2006

CAIRO, Egypt - Private Saudi citizens are giving millions of dollars to Sunni insurgents in Iraq and much of the money is used to buy weapons, including shoulder fired anti-aircraft missiles, according to key Iraqi officials and others familiar with the flow of cash.

4. thanks but....
...Iran is the overwhelming focus of our corporate news cycles.
A case could have been made that it was far more legit to invade Saudi Arabia then Iraq...although both are a "fool's errand".

5. Iran is also on the PNAC "hit" list. That has a lot to do with it. Common sense

would have said about 9/11 connections, that Saudi money was followed in the financing (as well as most of the hijackers were from Saudia Arabia). Yet handholding, kissy face Bush and the King takes precedent.

And also remember, Darth Cheney had a recent junket to visit Abdullah too...

3. Saudis give to Sunnis, bush says Iran gives to Shiites,
has bush remembered that the US is involved too? It's so ridiculous to accuse someone of something you're already doing. What about all the weapons given to Saddam by the US, or to the Afghan rebels when the USSR occupied Afghanistan?

8. And someone needs to very loudly point out that * has been supporting
a Shi'a government there. Or are those just the good Shi'a? This is so "Through the Looking Glass." Follow that rabbit.
