Just differing opinions about the man. Speaking for myself, I don't like his views or the policies of his government, as for disliking the man, that's a little difficult.

What you're not apparently understanding is WHY "expressing dislike" is equated with wanting to attack Iran...because of Cheney's September 10 launch date to shift the propaganda into overdrive. The date came and sure enough, Ahmadinejad is suddenly everywhere as the new leader of the Axis of Evil, a terrible bogeyman being built up before our eyes in an effort to make us hate him and want to attack him. Or at least, support Bush for attacking him.

The posters who keep calling DUers "fans" of Ahmadinejad are the ones who missed the memo. The one calling for the September 10 propaganda campaign. I refuse to play along. Ahmadinejad is actually quite powerless in his own country, and BushCo is counting on the ignorance of Americans. Most don't know how truly powerless he is. He's now become a useful tool for BushCo to wage more war, get more innocent people killed, make more money for his cabal.

Some of us just refuse to play along.
