(CBS13) Protests rise after federal agents raid another local medical marijuana facility.

"Hopefully it sends a message that 'hey you're violating federal law and you could go to prison for a very long time'," said Gordon Taylor, DEA.

"They put the employees that were inside down on the ground and mistreated them as police usually do," said employee Kim Stabnau.

Open for the last three years, the River Patient Care Center was operating was legal under state law but not federal.

Gina Brotherton, a patient who paid $60 for her prescription, got her medical marijuana from River Patient Care.

"Now you have organized groups have entered the marijuana industry and that's unacceptable for a lot of people," said Taylor.

Like certain families and three-letter organizations who consider it "their" domain.
Gotta love that phrase "marijuana industry"....love to be downwind from THAT factory.
