Well, the effort to turn Jenna and Henry into America's darlings is officially underway

The general public could care less about the wedding between a drunken classless stumblebum and a political hack. So, here comes the PR tour where St. Jenna plugs her new book and now the revelation that HH wants to take a job that will do something to help the environment.

By the time the wedding occurs (right before election day is my guess) the media will have crowned Jenna the reincarnation of Princess Di and HH will be the shining prince who swept her off her feet.

I'd like to think that the majority of the public will see through the BS and say "no thanks" to the inevitable gala-induced coverage that the networks will plaster all over their programming but I won't hold my breath.
