I just got the new Texas Oberserver in the mail.

I just got the new Texas Oberserver in the mail.

The entire issue is comprised of essays by the likes of Maya Angelou, Bill Moyers, Jim Hightower, Garrison Keillor and a whole host of others along with a bunch of pictures of her over the years.

I'm not prone to crying but I just bawled. I feel like a lost a close aunt or something. I guess for the first time her death has become real to me today. I have pictures of her and my mom hanging out. She's been a constant in my life for the past 20 years.

I will truly miss her.
