Who Will Try the War Criminals?
It is clear, now, that Pelosi and Our Congress will not impeach the criminal *leaders* of Our country for abuses and violations to the Constitution. She/They don't have the political guts to do the right thing.

So, who will try them for their violations of International Law and War Crimes. At least a dozen administration officials have stacks of evidence against them. The torture memos alone could put them away. But, who will take up the cause, and when?

What is the legal process to charge one with human rights abuses and other war crimes? Can a sitting POTUS be charged, if so how?

Congress has been rendered useless when it comes to indictment or prosecution, so I believe it is time to turn attention to the world community and request War Crimes Trials.

5. Even if they are hauled away when they 70 or 80,
I want to have hope that Justice will be served. I just would like to know who will take up the charge? Who is actually capable?

4. I don't understand.
Why would any war criminal leader recognize the ICC, if that's all it takes to ensure non-trials?

Someone, someday must have the means and the wherewithal to bring them to Justice, or why even bother with governments?

3. i concur
although I doubt that it will do too much good since bringing charges against them may be difficult if not impossible. also why do you think that they wont invade any country that dares to support any sanctions against them.
