The Democratic Party Needs To Go And GET AL GORE TO RUN!!
This man Deserves the Presidency, and it is time to put him there, or go down swinging!

I remember how I felt when the Supreme Court stopped the vote counting in 2000, and I know the anger and sense of loss, when Al Gore was denied the opportunity of becoming President, after serving in one of the most successful administrations this country had seen in over 35 years.

I laid down my anger, after the attacks of 9/11, and supported the war in Afghanistan, even while I saw the FRAUD & DECEPTION which was drawing us towards the War in Iraq.

In 2004, I watched again, with even more Anger & Shock, as computers were used to deny John Kerry, who while not quite the calibar of Mr. Gore, someone who again deserved the Presidency, if for no other reason that perhaps 52% of the people wanted to get * the Hell out of office.

The Democratic Party has to go and DEMAND that Mr. Gore enter the race. They tell him that he is free to plead his case to the people, and if(when) he wins the nomination, they will throw 150% of their support behind him, so that he wins decidedly in November.

They tell him that if he gives up this opportunity, and thinks he'll be able to run in 2012 or 2016, they advise him that their support of him at that time, ESPECIALLY should Hillary lose in November....their support of him in the next election would be lukewarm at best.

Despite some of these polls, I can't believe that a large segment of Democrats, aren't looking for a true alternative to Hillary Clinton. And honestly, they're noble and intelligent, but Obama & Edwards don't have the stature or power to pose a threat to Clinton. I just can't see it happening.

I will support Mr. Gore with my Time, my Money, and my Vote. When I am asked how I plan to vote for, my answer will be the same as it is now.

AL GORE IN 2008!

8. What's your point? Are you attacking him now?
You're a psychic? You're smarter than the average bear? You're not a progressive?

What do YOU think of a Gore run? And I thank you. :-)

2. "This man Deserves the Presidency"
I wouldn't wish that on anyone. I think he's smart enough to know that president is not a good thing to be.

7. Yet You Continue To Believe....
That going around giving speeches, or writing books, is going to be more effective than PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES. Where you can effect policy. Standards. All sorts of shit, which can make US the leader in the world in terms of combatting global warming.

Of you can have Hillary attacking Iran, and driving the price of oil higher. And yet another 4-8 years of a MONARCHY.

if Al Gore said.............. I'm in!

Off topic -

I lost my illustration of Al at the finish line because I changed ISPs. My new ISP only allows uploads to its server if one has Windows 2000 or newer. I have Win 98.

Where can I find a free place to upload my pics?

19. Good question
My selfish side says to Al a thousand times over - get in it!

My practical side says you "only" just won the Nobel Peace Prize for work your doing OUTSIDE of Politics - don't quit your day job!

It is time to let Al do his own thing. If he surprises the hell outta us and changes his mind, FANTASTIC!!! Otherwise I agree, why would he want to step in the huge pile of BS (the Iraq War at the top) which Bush will leave for the next Pres?

I've had to acknowledge that I just don't think Al's going to run - but it took me up to this week to accept it.

We've got to convince him to run. He's waiting for the groundswell of the people. Register on his current.tv site, or just GO THERE so it registers hits. Forward the link to friends. Urge your representatives to help in the fight.

If Hillary buys her way to the nomination ( with Big Media support all the way ) , I fear it is the final nail in the coffin. We can't have lived through 8 years of Bush/Cheney to only end up with Hillary. I can't take this Bush/Clinton/Bush/Clinton nightmare much longer. These next few days are crucial in convincing Al, methinks.

DO IT NOW !!!!

Sorry, he doesn't. He knows what he is doing. WE made this and if you aren't willing to get up and clean your own mess, don't expect him to do it for you. We had our chance with Mr. Gore and WE BLEW IT. I don't blame him one bit if he never entered this toxic phony system ever again.
