I'm sick of the idiots who keep asking him to apologize. CNN had a poll today which found 89% DO NOT think he should apologize. Only 11% thought he should.

63. Remember, a Repuke peed his BVDs when a Dem threatened him ... |
|
Actually, it was a 50-ish Repuke who was threatened by a 70-ish Dem who said, in essence, "Come over here and say that to my face, you fruitcake!" - and called the cops on the Dem ...
I'm sure that the Repukes' undergarments were stained brown on Stark's words ...

He spoke the truth. If people don't like the sound of it, they need to change the reality of the situation, instead of comforting themselves with more lies and spin that don't reflect the true facts.
I hope he keeps up the criticism - most Americans agree with him, and the ones who don't or are offended by his remarks should look at the reality of the situation, and take out their anger or offense directly at those responsible for the deplorable situation in Iraq: pResident Bush and the Republicans in Congress.

They are gunna get Republicans to vote for them???Is that their plan. If they sound and act so much like a Republican maybe one or two will vote for them... Is that their plan. I know they don't believe the base will desert them no matter how much they screw the pooch but they have been warned. It makes absolutely no difference whether the Republicans win or the Democrats if they behave exactly the same...I for one will vote for my local issues and candidates but let the Federal candidates eat cake..

82. And now nancy pelosi is jumping on |
|
the bandwagon to rebuke Congressman Pete Stark.
Why does nancy pelosi "respect bush" but condemns moveon.org and acts all huffy and puffy when Stark gets Serious confronting the bushits..acting all like.. "it's distracting from the seriousness of the subject at hand"?
Nancy's been carving herself a sad, long, lonely, road in history.

You are an insult and a disappointment to all the Dem women who worked so hard to help raise women leaders.

The dam of Dem fear and silence in Congress has sprung a leak. There's no turning back and honesty rules the day.

88. Pelosi should be forced to step down |
|
for rebuking Stark.
His statements exemplify the spirit that has been sorely lacking in the congress thus far....

89. I had never heard this man's name before but I will never forget the courage |
|
he showed that day in speaking the truth that the majority of American citizens are already aware of.
Another hero of the people unafraid to speak out and be damned to the consequences. We need more such as him because the people have been silenced even if they believe different, the media is proof.

and inundate the press with statements equally or even more outrageous than Starks. Of course, we will have the added benefit of them all being true.
This tactic keeps the press from being able to focus too long on one statement. Kind of the way, we can't focus on one atrocity because the * administration commits so many, so quickly.
