But, Bill has done something that I totally agree with.

He has, in his new book, endorsed an organization that my wife and I have been donating to for about 2 years now.

If you would like to actually do something that will benefit real people and change real lives try it. It'll make you feel good.

1. I have made 3 loans to Kiva so far after hearing about them on tv.

Currently, they are limiting loans to $25.00 each because they have had such an outpouring of help since they have been mentioned by both Bill Clinton and Oprah Winfrey. I don't expect this level of giving will last.

Unlike many other programs, Kiva is not a charity but makes business loans to people who would not, in all likelihood, be considered for a regular bank loan. The loans are repaid over time.

2. We've been making loans for about 2 years.

We now have 16 loans out and keep "reinvesting" as they're paid off.

A great organization.
