Technically speaking, Pelosi didn't lie when she said, "No more blank checks."

She writes in the amounts Bush asks for before signing the checks. And, then she cuts the feet out from under those, like Pete Stark, who speak the truth about how that money is being spent.

AFAIAC, she now has blood on her hands.
