Probably not the best day for them to do so, what with thinking of Wellstone so much today and remembering how he stood up for us.

I couldn't bring myself to be too harsh with the caller and I told her I was sorry to make her job harder but I would not contribute a dime until the Democrats grew spines and stood up to Bush. She said she was hearing a lot of comments like that and that such comments do get passed on to her boss and she assumed eventually the DCCC might hear them. She added that she wasn't having a lot of luck getting contributions and maybe that will make them listen.

3. I got that call this week too

and gave the same response. The nice fellow pointed out we'd be stranding our soldiers in Iraq with no supplies. I said all the more reason to bring them home NOW!
