Barney Frank is ripping a new one to Brian Montgomery, Federal Housing Admin.

Barney is telling the guy to quit filibustering and answer his question. The guy ignores Barney and goes off on a tangent. Barney yells a bit more, shuts the guy up and finally, finally gets him to answer the question. As near as I can tell they are talking about home mortgages and defaults and who has to pay for foreclosures. Barney wanted to know if everyone shared in those failures or is all of this just passed on to the people who least can afford it. Notice there are no repugs at the hearing.

Home Mortgage Lending committee hearing. Talking about rates and spreading the risk among all borrowers. I came in late but Barney is gonna blow a gasket if these people don't answer his questions. Know one representative is Robert Steel, from the Treasury Department, Undersecretary of Domestic Finance is tap dancing so fast his feet are a blur.

.... are out working or trying to find a job to pay their high mortgages. Barney should just do his job and not be concerned about how few are watching C-Span. Sheesh.
