won't be any Repubs (save maybe Specter) to have the courage to buck their party and reject him too. Why would they want to be to the left of, say, Schumer, or Feingold? I think McCain and Graham are probably not comfortable with Mukasey, but until the Dems unite, the GOPers are not likely to follow.
