Barack Obama accuses Sen. Clinton of being evasive..but that's what he was on the Today show |
|
Matt Lauer was trying to get Barack Obama to say whether or not he believes we are headed towards a recession. It was a yes or no question, and Obama would not answer it.
Lauer called him on it, too, and reminded Obama it was a yes/no question: do you believe we are headed towards a recession.
So while Obama is continuously claiming Sen. Clinton ducks the tough questions (he's saying this as I listen to him right now on the podcast of Tavis Smiley's PRI show), Barack Obama is becoming what he rallies against.

1. Did you not get the memo? |

Hillary Clinton is the only acceptable target of villification here in the friendly confines. You are clearly a racist as well as a corporate whore enabler.

4. He can't do that. Edwards will have a "Parse" vid up in an 1/2 hour. |
|
Only Edwards is allowed to use weasel words. Just ask DU.

5. This is a joke, right? |

Are we heading toward a recession is an opinion, not a policy position. Big fucking difference; not surprised Hillary supporters wouldn't get this.

6. Why does one have to believe we are or we aren't? Smart people would say neither. |
|
What a stupid question. Why should one believe or not believe such a thing? Economics is like weather forcasting.
