Does anyone remember the truck that was near a nuclear plant a few months ago?

Does anyone remember this? There was a truck around a nuclear power plant somewhere in the southeast. I think the truck got away. There was a followup incident at the same plant. I think there was an investigation, but nothing happened. Does anyone remember this? Was there any resolution?

bus driver right after 9/11, or the woman who worked in the driver's license office who was found burned to death in her car right before she was supposed to appear in court about fake IDs. Strange shit the past few years...
