PHOTOS: Pakistan emergency

Truckloads of soldiers arrive in the center of the capital, Islamabad.

Key institutions have been sealed off in Islamabad's administrative center, including the Supreme Court and TV and radio stations.

The Supreme Court - now blocked off - had been due to rule on the legality of Gen Musharraf's October re-election victory.

Checkpoints have been set up on the main roads leading into Islamabad.

It's disgusting how little coverage it is getting. They news is making Venezuela look more dangerous right now than Pakistan.

But hey, they are our friends. Why would we care if they have nuclear weapons already?

Edited to add: They are showing Musharref's statement on CNN right now.
