How fucked up is this? Bush claims that he welcomes debate on the Iraq war and his plan to send more troops. Just as long as it produces non-binding resolutions, that is. He fully expects Congress to roll over and do whatever the hell he wants.

Bush's idea of bi-partisanship: You agree to do whatever I want.

For one thing, he'll simply veto any bill that he doesn't like. We don't have enough votes in the Senate to override his veto. Assuming we actually did get a bill to pass, he'd ignore it anyways. He would simply do one of his little signing statements, or he'd issue an executive order.

Which is exactly why we need to get rid of this asshole.

He's kinda like a guy that says you have every right to complain about being raped as long as you let me rape you, you have all the free speech you want honey-isn't that what you want?!
