My Rep, above all others, SHOULD support the Kucinich impeachment resolution
and it's discouraging to forecast that he won't. Peter Welch represents Vt, and by and large, I think he's doing a good job, but over 60% of Vermonters support impeachment, and he should represent the clear majority.

2. called and written emails asking him to support
impeachment and this resolution. The response is invariably the same: He doesn't support impeachment. His reasoning is that impeachment is a "distraction" and would hamper the effort to end the war.

3. That begs the question, "WHAT effort to end the war?"
Has he answered that one?

5. This is the weakness and strength of Federalism
Sometimes the people don't get what they want - you elect a person and then, for better or worse, he or she does what he or she thinks is best.

Problematic.
