FBI: Kerik 'Sold His Office'

Kramer NEW YORK (CBS) ― At a news conference Friday, the FBI accused former New York City Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik of "selling his office" and "breaking the very laws he had sworn to uphold."

Kerik faces multiple federal charges in an indictment unsealed Friday.

Kerik surrendered to the FBI in White Plains for arraignment on federal corruption charges Friday morning.

Kerik was expected to be moved to the federal courthouse for his formal arraignment.

At a press conference on Friday, the FBI accused Kerik of "selling his office," and "breaking the very laws he had sworn to uphold."
