Has the Pacification of Iraq succeeded enough for us to start pumping their oil? |
|
Have we gained total control of their oil yet? Is that when the GOP can claim total victory? They seem to be chomping at the bit to declare total victory and I truly hope the killing has ended but I doubt if it is done just yet. I do want victory spelled out in no uncertain terms though since they are quite ready to say Democrats are advocating for failure...What do they consider an acceptable level of Iraqi deaths to be and will they withdraw all combat troops when their definition of victory is achieved? I am delighted that the level of violence has diminished in Iraq. But I can not grant credit to the Administration because it was them that started it. They could end it just as easily IMO..
