I was so shocked to hear him say he would be voting no. (also, my kids were in the room distracting me, so I was only half paying attention to the screen. I heard the speech but didn't catch the name.)

I question his sense.
Basically he's said because Bush chose to surge, the people have to suck up and live with it. I don't accept that. We, and especially Congress should not slink away from a conflict.
