Question about police (Shelton, CT) |
|
Today I saw on four police cars, on one side of the road, there were two Shelton, CT (:puke:) police cars. On the other side of the road, there were two cars from the neighboring towns of Derby and Ansonia. It seemed that they were randomly stopping cars. For what reason would this occur an why were police from other towns involved. They were on Bridgeport Avenue. They were there for an hour earlier this afternoon.
Any ideas, thoughts?

2. The only thing I can think of would be an APB for something specific |

like a robbery or something. Usually cross-town coordination only occurs in an active incident, but you never know.
Hope they are not there when I leave, RT 8 is gonna be busy tonight.
