|
Edited on Tue Nov-20-07 05:59 PM by cat_girl25
Everyone should have read by now about the shooting in Pasadena, Texas by Joe Horn. Who do you think came out as the hero in this tragedy?

3. It's not a tragedy, it's a farce. |
|
Horn is the comic lead, the dispatcher is the straight man, and the cops are the clowns.

6. why are the cops being blamed. do we know how long it took. cause they |
|
werent there in one, two, three minutes that makes them bad. what if they arrived four five six minutes after call. i dont think that is outrageous. how big is pasadena? any cops in the area? i dont get why cops are clowns. and i am not a fan and defender of cops, i also dont just point finger at them all the time.

I'm just saying that if this incident had been a work of fiction, it would black comedy, with the cops' role being that of clowns.
If I had meant to imply that cops are bad, I would have said they were villains.

11. How can Joe Horn be the hero? |
|
If anybody reads that transcript the 901 operator repeatedly told him to stay inside that it wasn't worth shooting anybody over. He just felt he had to get involved beyond calling 901 to report it and letting the police take care of it. He isn't a hero he is trying to take the law into his own hands.
