I just heard the author of "The Bush Agenda" say that the three |
|
candidates who got the most from the oil industry are, in order, Giuliani, Romney, and Hillary.

Right here. However, none of those numbers is very significant in the grand mix of corporate bribes these three have taken so far this year. Clinton has raked in about $91 million, Ghouliani about $31 million and Romney about $54 million. Exact numbers here. wp

" and contributions from individuals giving more than $200."
What does that mean? Does it mean that people who work for oil companies, who are Democrats, and contributed are counted as OIL MONEY?

8. That would have to be determined |
|
by how oil companies deals with memos asking their employees to vote for certain candidates to "protect their interests".

The "proposed threat" of job loss trumpeted to some people if they don't vote for certain candidates has always had it's effect on employees that don't know better. As far as Antonia Juhasz goes, what she says you can take to the bank. She has been a trade representative.

12. She is referring to Pac contributions - which management does review and which are "industry" |
|
contributions.
Unfortunately the data the FEC gets/gives(?) does not break out pac from non-pac - at least not in the summaries provided to us to date.
