Larry Flynt admits Trent Lott has been "a target of an ongoing Hustler investigation" |
|
Edited on Thu Dec-06-07 12:54 PM by npincus
Oh, my. This one is about a week old, but first I've heard of it... it makes perfect sense. Rumors on the Internets that Larry Flynt had caught a VERY BIG Republican fish, and the well-timed resignation of Sen. Lott... So, the question is, would Flynt expose him anyway, even after his resignation? JUICY JUICY  http://www.larryflynt.com/mycms/ "Once upon a time," writes Big Head DC, "there was a twentysomething boy-next-door type with reddish blond hair and a brillantly white smile."
This boy-next-door is male escort Benjamin Nicholas, whose blog 15 Minutes helped him make some connections in business and politics.
One of these connections is rumored to be Senator Trent Lott, Republican Minority Whip and former Senate Majority Leader, rumored to have planned a resignation by the end of this year to avoid being scandalized by Hustler publisher Larry Flynt. Flynt had, back in June, offered cash rewards for substantiated accounts of sexual liaisons with elected officials.
HUSTLER RESPONDS:
HUSTLER Magazine has received numerous inquiries regarding the involvement of Larry Flynt and HUSTLER in the resignation of Trent Lott. Senator Lott has been the target of an ongoing HUSTLER investigation for some time now, due to confidential information that we have received. http://pageoneq.com/news/2007/Rent_boy_on_sex_with_outgoing_Republican_Senator_Trent_Lott_No_com_1126.htmlOnce upon a time," writes Big Head DC, "there was a twentysomething boy-next-door type with reddish blond hair and a brillantly white smile."

While records have confirmed Nicholas and Lott have met at least twice, Nicholas offered no comment. Nicholas has in the past scolded escort Mike Jones, who went public to expose megachurch founder Ted Haggard, for breaching a client's confidentiality.
"It's the professional thing for me to do," he says. "Lott has quite a bit on his plate right now and I don't really want to add fuel to the embers."

5. But...but...NPR reported that Trent's departure had nothing to do with a scandal! |
|
And NPR wouldn't mislead us...would it?

13. I believe so. I'd prefer the exact opposite outcome, myself. |
|
I couldn't care less if Trent Lott resigns or not-- if he does it quietly, he'll only be replaced by another Republican. What would be much more advantageous in the long run would be to scandalize his name and let him keep his seat. One Larry Craig is worth twenty Denny Hasterts.

4. Well, it's obvious Nicholas has some good info |
|
Simply by saying, "I refuse to say yes, I have a professional obligation" rather than just saying, "no," he pretty much admits Lott's a client.

7. Lott is another republicon closet case? |
|
Sheesh - It seems every one of the republicon homelanders is living a lie, leaving their real soul locked up in the closet.
Come on out and be who you are. Stop lying to America about your personal reality.
Sheesh.
