Mitt: "freedom requires religion?" WTF????
Now that crap scares me. Between him and Huckabee, I'm thinking the RW is wanting to set us up in a Theocracy.

3. Hasn't gotten much coverage until now on "Phucker"
Pundits have been tripping over each other to say how GREAT the speech was, without realizing how really dangerous some of what he said was ... They're all impressed by his delivery, by the fact he almost cried, by the staging (introduced by Poppy and all), without realizing just how scary this dialogue truly is.

16. I look at Mitt and the other freaks
Not as the brains behind their trip here but rather the freaks that were sent here to prevent them from infecting the palnet they came from . In their effeort to take over the craft they were to stupid to think ahead an pilot the thing and survived the crash .

12. How appropriate poppy Bush introduced that speech
who in 1988 claimed "atheists should not be considered either citizens or patriots"

be afraid people, it's no mere tin-foil theory, this is the vast right wing conspiracy's ultimate goal
which will no doubt be followed by their final solution.

15. I was just listening to Rachel Maddow and Rev. Welton Gaddy
(who hosts State of Belief on AAR on Sundays), talking about Mittens' speech. It was a very interesting conversation. Rev. Gaddy said, as did Rachel, that Mittens is trying to have it both ways. "My religion won't be a factor in my presidency" and then pandering to the religious right.

Gaddy said that he thought Mittens should have said something similar to what JFK said in his speech; that if ever there was a conflict between his Constitutional duties and his religious beliefs, he would give up the office of the President. Of course, I doubt any of them would these days.

17. I've been warning about their plans to make the US a theocracy
for years. Ever since I heard about the Dominionists/Christian Reconstructionists.

Some of these freaks are openly advocating public stonings just like in the bible.

20. Jefferson had some words about that
History, I believe, furnishes no example of a priest-ridden people maintaining a free civil government. This marks the lowest grade of ignorance of which their civil as well as religious leaders will always avail themselves for their own purposes.

-Thomas Jefferson to Alexander von Humboldt, Dec. 6, 1813.
