"We fuck you long time"

Yes, the Republicans learned to fuck us. Thoroughly.

They let regulations slide so that many of our retirement benefits are just plain gone.

They spent the surplus money we were paying in to Social Security to get us through the baby boom bubble, and they are trying, however they can, not to have to pay it back.

They started wars to seize and raise the price of oil, and to funnel massive tax dollars to the pockets of their supporters like Halliburton and Blackwater.

They hyped WW III with Iran, even though they knew it was false, and that they would get CAUGHT with evidence that they were lying, just to elevate the price of oil and take whatever wages we would normally spend on something else.

They allowed health care costs to raise uncontrollably, so that you either suffered or paid their high prices. They will get you in bankruptcy court if you get sick, or drain you slowly with insurance premiums if you aren't.

They lowered the taxes on the rich, who consider our incomes just a speck of what they make, and they are rigging the game to where we have to eventually give our specks of income to them.

They want to permanently get away from the estate tax so that their heirs are a permanent aristocracy, and lowered rates on investment income to where if you do no real work for your income, you don't have to pay much in tax.

Their policies have crippled the middle class to where no one can even agree on what that is anymore. Either you are mega-wealthy, or you are suffering, or will suffer soon.

Not content with what you and I have to shovel their way, they also have doomed our children and grandchildren to the same fate.

Alas, there are some democrats that simply help them along, since acquiescing to their demands gives them the funds to rise above it.

DK and Edwards have it right. Corporatists have to go.

1. Corporatists have to go.
And our party is almost controlled by its corporatist wing.
