What a hoot! I'm on YouTube with the Raging Grannies!

My friend Pat called me up and asked if I wanted to rehearse with them -- as far as I know it was the first local meeting of an RG group -- next thing I knew we were at the monthly meeting of the Vets for Peace singing a 10 minute set. Of course they loved us, they're all our friends. The fact that Pat is a retired music teacher doesn't hurt, either.

Pat did say a friend of hers was going to take a few photos. I didn't know then we'd be immortalized on YouTube, singing "Missiles and Weapons and War" and "We Declare Peace."

I would have posted this sooner, but I've spent most of the week in bed with what my doctor calls "that nasty bug that's going around." I expect the antibiotics to kick in soon... any moment now... I'm ready...
