Mall shootings? Church shootings? NIE? Pelosi and waterboarding? Clinton/Obama? Nope.

I just checked ESPN.com to find Moss's stats for today. There are already over 8000 comments on the chat board for the Pats/Steeler game.

Wonder why nothing gets done?

When I get weary of the media hounding me with inconsequential coverage I fire up Lang Lang doing the Rach 3.

2. You both need to recognize the importance...
in the making of world history, that an unbeaten pro-football team carries. We must go back 35 years, to the very first time that this earth-shattering phenomenon ever occurred, in order to understand the true significance of such events.

LOL, this is what I cranked up on the 'puter, today, after searching fruitlessly for any national report on Iran totally dropping the dollar and being told NOT to touch the remote for even a second to try and scan the cable news tickers, as sports history was in the making. While he gives the above speech to me, I raise the volume louder. ha

It is Jeong-Hyun Lim (funtwo) playing Jerry C's Canon Rock or more familiarly, Pachelbel’s Canon

3. Thank you for that link, countryjake. But truth be told, I was hoping for
some kind of retrospective on Anna Nicole Smith.

That's a joke. Seriously. No Anna Nicole Smith links, please. I'm trying to quit.

5. Our president doesn't look any too happy in that photograph, does he.
Hi, Swamp Rat. How goes it?

8. You just finished a graduate degree!? Congratulations. I knew you were
studying but didn't know how many terms remained.

No kidding -- warm congratulations and hurrahs all around.

It's not a small thing at all. I think the hard work and pressure are certainly tough, but you've just given yourself a tremendous gift that's going to sustain you for the rest of your life.

9. I'm not done yet.
:D I continue working on my fourth grad degree next semester.

After that, if I don't move abroad, I might pick up a JD too. :D

Nevertheless, thanks. It's quite a relief to have a lot of hard work pay off... and my right eyelid has finally stopped twitching. :D

10. Well, dammit, I'm ashamed of ya. Here you are earning MULTIPLE graduate
degrees and what you are SUPPOSED to be doing is DUMBING DOWN!!

This is George W. Bush's America. Why are you even in school to begin with? You should be shopping. Watching inane programs on television. Listening to Bill O'Reilly and worrying yourself sick over the threat of imminent terrorist attacks!

All this book learnin', let me tell ya, it's just bad for bidness.

12. LOL!
On the other hand, I could take a break about now, and stop all this academic madness (double entente). :D

I am ready for de-programming now.

13. How neat, Swampy!
I wanted to wish you congrats, too! Hey, you can color me "green" with envy!
Is a JD something to do with law? (I know you don't mean a tractor)

14. Naw!
At one time I had one (it had a small Briggs & Stratton) ;) I miss mowing down weeds while drinking a beer.

I really don't have the right type of rigor to earn a law degree. I may just settle for a little easy book-learnin' this holiday season. :D

7. As a NE fan
I feel some linkage with those who would want to discuss Moss. Point taken though :D
