I saw a little bit of the Oprah /Obama gathering in Iowa . To me it looked like a mega church setting .
What really freaked me out and I don't know exactly why is all the people in the audience holding up similar camera phones , it looked to me like they were beaming a message to some god all standing there in unison .
It looked surreal and insane , kind of scary .

6. There is no evidence that Oprah's Obama tour has done much... |
|
To help him with voters at large.
I don't think it's hurt him either.
But as Obama said, the crowds were more about Oprah than himself. It was a chance to see a couple of exciting celebrities up close and for free.
