The ones I know of are Nelson (Fl), and Mikulski. How many others are screwing the pooch?

if they would have had an effect. Their support in the filibuster and them speaking out against this could have possibly changed at least one vote. They could have made a difference, they had the opportunity to and failed to rise to it.
